Communication Between You and the Builder

Whenever you are talking to potential pool builder's, here are the questions you need to ask them:

1. Are they a member of the National Spa and Pool Institute?

2. Are they registered with the Better Business Bureau? Check with the BBB to see if any complaints have been filed against them. Ask both the BBB as well as the builder how complaints have been resovled.

3. How much of their work is actually done by their employees and how much is done by people they contract?

4. What is their crew turnover rate?

5. How long have they been in business?

6. Do they have any references that you can contact?

7. How many installations do they complete on-time?

8. Do they provide any type of warranty? What does it cover?

9. Can they offer any type of financing?
