Professional Duct Cleaning - We offer professional, high-quality duct cleaning in both residential and commercial environments. Robotic duct cleaning is available for some applications.Our Residential Process:-Set up: Check the system, locate vents, open furnace, remove fan, run 8” suction hose from vacuum truck to the furnace. Do minor repairs and cover vents for maximum suction.-Cleaning: Using both 1500cfm suction and 250psi air pressure we use a number of tools and brushes to clean the interior if the system. This includes the feeder lines, main line, cold air returns, plenum, heat exchanger, blower fan and furnace interior.-Finish: For customers with mold/mildew/microbe problems we offer an optional anti-microbial fog & sealer to be sprayed through the system. After cleaning is finished, we reassemble the furnace and pack up our tools.Commercial systems can vary greatly, but our robots and portable negative air unit often aid us in the cleaning process.
