Hand Skimmer
Hand skimmers are used to remove larger debris that may be floating in your pool. They look like nets attached to a long pole or handle and can grab things like leaves and insects. Skimmers are pretty cheap to buy, ranging from $10 to $30. Some popular hand skimmers are: "Red Sea," "Amiricle SeaReef," "Amiricle Hurricane 18 inches," and "The Beast".
Hand skimmers should never be used to used to save someone who is drowning. Always have a safety buoy ready.
