Q&A | Electrical Systems : Fixing Chandelier

Title of Question: Fixing Chandelier

Name:Stacy  City: Richland
Question: All the lights on our chandelier in our dining room went out one evening as I was trying to change one of the bulbs. We tested all the sockets and there is electricity running to them all. We can't figure out why it won't turn off and on, or why it isn't working. What should we check next? Should we take it to be fixed or is there a simple solution?
