Flooring for basement with constant moisture

Question: What type of flooring should we use in a basement bathroom that has constant moisture. New weeping tiles have been installed. It seems that any vinyl product we have tried traps the moisture underside and eventually has to be changed. The rest of the basement is carpet and stays quite dry. Thank you so much We are in a real quandry over this one!!
