Answer: To remove glue from carpeting, it is best to get to it quickly. Hopefully, not too much time has passed. Start by blotting any wet glue with paper towels, then taking a towel with water and vinegar and blotting it out that way. This can be a challenging home improvement mess, but have patience. You may have to try it a few times. If the glue has dried and hardened, consider gently cutting the top of the carpet pile with scissors. Depending on how large and visible the stain is, I would test it in one small area first. Good luck!
