Post Your Answer To The Question Above:
| Answer: While I don't have a template, that's a great idea, particularly in this day and age. One thought is to talk with someone who works for a business that employs a commercial cleaning service and see what type of document they use for their cleaning contractors. I would think businesses would have an even greater need to protect their privacy. The document you want probably should have a confidentiality clause in it. I know that to be enforceable, confidentiality clauses typically have to be reasonable and specific. For example, you can't prevent someone from disclosing your street address if it is readily available in the phone book, but you can't just say "keep any and all information confidential" because that is too wide ranging. Obviously, you should check out a cleaning service's references and not leave a lot of financial information laying around. Good luck! |
