Question: I need to know what is the best way to repair a Kenmore water softener. I think the timer is OK but it does not let water through when it first starts to cycle and I'm not sure if it is the venturi in the valve assembly or the brine valve. The unit is seven years old and we have had the timer unit replaced 3 years ago.
