Question: My home entertainment system is having problems. It first started when my wife put a DVD in and when she closed the door it reopened and crashed into the glass of my cabinet door. It continued working for awhile and now it continues to open and close. An INIT error appears on the LCD screen. When I put one DVD into the player it says that there are multiple DVD's each in slot 1,2, and 3when there is only one. Now it won't play at all. Is there a way i can repair it myself, go have it repaired somewhere, or do I have to buy another one ?
