Question: 1.5 story cape with 45 deg roof slant. I would like to build a 36 ft shed dormer on the rear of my home. the house is 44ft long overall. Right now there are two bedrooms upstairs and the additon would add a bathroom and additional space/closet space to each bedroom. I'm curious how much people have spent on a project like this. I live in Maine.
