Question: How can I remove coke stains. The surface of the marble has been cleaned with incorrect cleaners over the past 10 yrs and we have been approached for a remedy. We have placed a poultice soaked in Hydrogen Peroxide over the stain to bleach the stain but the stians are deep down. We have advised the client that we need to reburnish the surface once the stains have been removed and then use a neutral cleaning agent going forward.
