Question: Our house has a 13*5 bath, small closet and another 5*7 bath. All of these fold into a 13*9 space and we'd like to gut everything and put in 2 bathrooms of about 6*9 each. The project would involve tearing down the existing walls(including plumbing wall) and moving plumbing/electrical around but within a few feet to a newly erected wall that separates the 2 bathrooms. Assuming we go with midrange materials, is $15-20K too optimistic.
