Question: Second winter the edge restraints on new paver patio have popped up 1/2 to 1" above grass/paver level. Installer called it "frost heave" last spring & corrected (as well as 2 pavers at circle's edge that raised) but same thing with restraints this season when ground froze. Installer's warranty up next year so I need to understand the problem to make sure it is fixed properly.
