| Answer: A wrinkle is a place in your liner where, at one point, there was more water pressure under the liner than in your pool. When that happens, the liner "floats" up off the bottom a little. When more pool water was added or the ground water dissipated more, the liner went back down...but with no way to smooth it out, you have a wrinkle. |
