| Answer: Ideally, if you want your yard to look like a landscaped area, you need to remove the blacktop and the gravel underneath. You'll then have to add dirt, grade it and begin planting. If you want part of it to be stone, then you'd still want to remove the blacktop. I know this is more work and expense, but it will serve you better in the long run. Good luck! |
