Question: Garage door is in a left/right bind. Will not go up or down. I was adjusting the left coil spring(my left standing inside the garage and facing the door) and the tension slipped. Iwas trying to restoree the tension and had a two foot can under the right side of the door with the door resting on the can. I did this trying to get as much tension off the spring as I could and to be able to tighten the spr
