Name:Shawn  City: New Bedford,Ma
Question: I have a Kenmore 2001 refigerator with an above freezer, seems as soon as water drips into the drip pan it starts to freeze up,and slowly the drain hole frosts over,I've tried turning thefreezer temp control down to1,but it seems to make no dif,,as soon as the refrigerator kicks on the freezer starts pumping out the same temp regardless to where you set the freezer temp controll,it seems the freezer is also what sends cold air to the frige,,,did somthing come disconnected that blocks air to the freezer when you turn the temp down, thanks for any help.
