Question: Hi, My house is a dutch bungalow.  A dormer window was put in maybe 20 years ago beforte I bought it.  We have had a leak with water coming through the downstairs below the dormer.  We have had 2 roofing companies working on it, trying to trace the source of the leak, with no luck.  The lead soakers have been replaced but the problem remains.  The rain water does not drip through the ceiling every time it rains.  Sometimes it can rain very lightly and the water drips through.  Other times, it rains heavily and no drips are evident.  I would really appreciate any help anyone can provide.
