Question: i am thinking of buying a hud home where there is mold on the walls. so the walls will have to be stripped and resheetrocked. what i want to know is will a pay for me to strip the walls myself or get a contractor. what is the average cost of a contractor that will do something like this for a 1600 sq feet house?
