Question: How do you get stripped, stuck screws out of the metal part of the shower door, screwed into the tile?

Answer: What part of the screw is stripped? If it's the head, try to grind it off and pull the strips over it. If it's the screw body, pull out with vise-grips.

Answer: Be careful with the Vise-grip method because without knowing what type screws and anchors were used, you could end up pulling the tile right of the wall as well....Sometimes molly or butterfly bolts are used when there is no stud into which a screw can be driven... Simplest approach is to use a close-quarter hacksaw blade or reciprocating saw placed between the frame and tile and simply cut the screw.
