| Question: we have an "in-law" apartment that is located in the attic area of the apartment. Unfortunately, it is on it's final legs and our repairmen advises replacement, as he has found cracks in part of the furnace. We don't don't his advice, but am wondering if it would be more cost effective to go the way of electric baseboard heating. This apartment is only 3 rooms with a 3-season room as well. |
