Answer: You'll need to figure out what is clogging the one side of the water lines. Check around underneath the sink to see if there's some kind of blockage or kink in the line. If there is nothing obvious, turn off the water supply and try reconnecting the water lines going to the faucet. Then see if the faucet is somehow clogged. If the faucet has an aerator at the end, unscrew that to see if there is sediment there. If you're running out of possibilities, it might be time to call in a plumbing contractor for advice.
