Question: I am debating between a one or two bowl sink. Any thoughts on which is better?

Answer: The whole debate between one or two sinks really boils down to how you use the sink. Kitchen contractors often report that people's preferences are almost equally divided. If you like washing in one side and rinsing in the other, than two bowls is the way to go. Also, some people think the double bowl is more glamorous – that's personal taste. If you want a large basin for washing pots and pans (or giving the baby a bath), then one bowl is better. Regardless the bowl configuration, I would look at sinks with deeper bowls – 9 to 10 inches is real convenient. Good luck!
