Question: i live in winnipeg, canada. i bought a home with no home inspection and i have a little electrical problem in the basement area. the house was built in 1978. it looks like one of the previous owners did the basement.basement looks great but the lights in the bathroom, laundry room and spare room dont work all the time, along with some of the plugs in those rooms. the plugs for the laundry room work for the washer and dryer but no lights. when i first looked at the house everything seemed fine then after i got possession i noticed shortly after that those areas would only work every once and awhile. now they barely ever work. they are all on the same fuse and the fuse box is in the on position.what can i do?
