Question: How much should I have to pay for ceramic floor tile? I'm looking for the large squares.

Answer: This is one home improvement project with a wide variety of options. You can find nice, large tiles (12 to 16-inch) at a home improvement store for $1 per square foot all the way up to $5. Of course, you can spend more for specialty tiles and those made of natural stone, such as marble, but I have found a nice selection for less than $5 per square foot. That does not include installation, so you'll have to decide whether you are hiring a contractor or installing them yourself. Hope this helps!
