Question: I have a sink with separate hot/cold water valves. The tenant turns on the cold water, and cold water flows out of the faucet as normal, but it ALSO comes out of the HOT water valve handle area. The reverse is also true: When she turns on the HOT water, hot water flows normally out of the faucet but ALSO out of the cold water valve handle area. The water does not leak any other time. Ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.
