Solar Cover

Solar covers are plastic blankets that help to warm up your pool's water. Because pool heaters are so expensive, these covers can be a great option. All you have to do is unroll it so that it covers you entire pool when it is not in use.

How Do They Work?
Solar covers are sort of like natural electric blankets. They have little domes all over them which take the heat from the sun and pass it on to your pool water. Once your pool water begins to warm up, the solar cover prevents the heat from escaping. It also stops dust and debris from getting inside your pool.

Save Money and Energy
A solar cover on your pool could save you a lot of money, both on your heating bill and in cleaning supplies. Uncovered pools lose about 30% of their heat because there is nothing to keep the heat inside. Chemicals also tend to evaporate more in uncovered pools.

Having a solar cover also means that you are doing your bit to help the environment. They save energy, produce no pollution, and look pretty too!
