Cleaning Stainless Steel Pots And Pans After A Flood

Question: Am I able to salvage my magnalite pots that sat in flood water for about a week?

Answer: I have been useing Bar Keepers friend. It has worked well on my old pre 1965 Revere Ware copper bottom pots and pans but not as well on Magnalite. Please let me know if you hear of anything. Thanks zorb43@charter.net

Answer: get a fine sander and sand down to next layer than good as new
