Answer: check out company with your local BBB, also ask for references. Ask your friends and neighbors if they know of a good cleaning service. Check to see if your employer (or spouses) uses a cleaning company.

Answer: I am a cleaning service owner and a home owner so I can certainly understand your concern. If you are concerned about leaving your home unattended. Aside from the other answers why not stay there, I don't mean follow the cleaners around and make them feel uncomfortable. But stick around, do some gardening, take a lounge chair out in the yard and read a book, even make quick error runs to the store or the cleaners. Do what feels most comfortable to you. This service shouldn't be treated any differently then any other service you would have done to or in your home. Best Wishes.

Answer: Hi dear, before you contracted someone to do the cleaning as for references to see if they are profesionals on what they do. I've recently contracted a company http://www.twoheartscleaning.com and let me tell you they did a great job, the cleaning was good, no stuff was broken or missing. I am planning to contract them in a montly basis.
