Hanging Wall Rack

Question: Hello I hope I am in the correct forum. I have just purchased a new hanging wall rack for my pots. I love this thing. However it seems my wall is not strong enough to hold it. Is there a solution for this? Should a nail a piece of wood to my wall and then hang the rack on the wood. What should I do? I need help please!
