Home Chimney Removal (Exterior)

Question: I need to remove my block chimney and would like to know the best way to go about it, and what to expect. Should I use a small jack hammer, a hammer and chisel or some other method? I've heard of Dexpan but I'm not sure if that is the way to go.

Answer: I,'m doing this now will 3lb hammer & cold chisel to save the bricks.Land fill makes the jackhammer the lodgical choice.
