Craftsman 1/2 Hp Remotes Not Working

Question: I can't get the code on my Security + GDO to reset. The keyless entry batteries had to be changed and it wouldn't program to the main GDO anymore. One remote needed new batteries and now it doesn't work anymore. We only have one remote left that works with this door. When I try to reset the code and then program a new 'out of the box' remote, the learn light flashes rapidly when I push the button on the new remote, but the door does not move. And the working remote ALWAYS still works after I reset the code without ever 're training' it. I've tried all the fixes I could find on the internet, unpluging the unit, taking out the batteries of the one that works -- nothing has reset the code. It seems like if I could get that to happen, I could program the brand new remote and then maybe one of the old ones or at least just buy another new one. Please help! I don't know what we'll do when the one remaining remote quits working! Thanks! Penny

Answer: Can't get any help from here without knowing the make and model of the garage door opener.....Look up the website for the manufacturer of the GDO including any make, model and serial numbers or call the company's toll free number for customer assistance.
