Question: I recently insalled a craftsman 139.5398511 door opener. Opens & closes fine. It opens on its own several hours later after closing.

Answer: Your opener likely has someone else in the neighborhood that has an opener operating on a similar code, or you have potential robbers going down your street with door openers trying to see if they can get theirs to work on your door......You might call Sears about the problem and see if your codes are programmable and can be changed.
