Garage Door Don'T Close

Question: I just purchase a craftman garage door opener a couple month ago and I keep having a problem getting the garage door to close with the remote. Each time I press the remote, the light blink and the door won't come down at all

Answer: Inspect the two door sensors if you have any. They must be aligned so that each face each other correctly. Otherwise, your door won't close.
