Getting The Window Frame Out

Question: I have a zegers duraseal wood frame window. how do i remove the window frame from the tracks. The window frame does not push in on the sides. Can't see how it gets removed. I need to get this out so the glass can be replaced.

Answer: If the window is old then you must remove the stopes on both sides ,this is a stip of wood trim that the window slides up and down on.
