Removing Glass From Fixed Window

Question: I have a Jordan fixed window in a bathroom on the second floor that needs the double pane glass replaced because of fogging and I can't figure out how to get the glass out. I see no way from the inside but there are 2 small openings in the frame on the outside. Are the channels on some sort of spring clip perhaps? I pryed as hard as I dared and on't want to ruin the frame. Thanks; Tom
