Installing A Combination Device

Question: I have a 2 single pole switch (combo device) that I need to put in place of an outlet. I then want to use the switches to control another outlet - one switch for each plug. I can't figure out how to wire it. I have two hot and two neutrals from the wall and then two separate lines of romex (two hot and two neutral) going up to the new outlet. No combo I try seems to work. The switch diagram says ComA on one side and then SPA, SPB, and ComB on the other (the Coms are dark screws). Please help...
