Light Bulb Flashes When Switched Off

Question: A pendant light on the landing flashes intermittently after it is switched off - is this a case of dodgy wiring ?

Answer: I have no idea what dodgy wiring is but I think you either have a bad switch or a frayed hot wire at the switch and it is somehow touching the other side of the switch
