Need Wire Diagram For Installation

Question: oming out of the wall is 2 black, 2 white and 1 red. there was a single switch for a light and also a receptacle side by side. I am either going to replace with a receptacle switch combo or just a switch. Please advise wireing for each. Thank you very very much
