Question: How do you repair a fence whose posts were broken/cracked due to high winds?

Answer: I think the only way to repair is to dig up old fence stumps and refill holes bak to original size for new post to be cemented in. Then start cementing in new post . Make sure post are on center with fence seamand perpendicular before cementing.
