Question: Kitchen: 2-week- old sheet viny (name brand-high-line of mfg) l -over cement-full paste-spread- several areas now show very large bubbles/ribbles-'hollow' sound when stepped-on-is any remedy available? Store going to send-out installer but i'd like to know answers before hand..balance due on job - should i pay it until matter is resolved? Thank you in advance for any suggestions, experiences...
