Answer: First of all, take a look at whether the paper is firmly adhered to the wall. In places where it is coming off scrape out to a feathered edge. Its easy. So dont fret. Here is the trick. DO NOT USE PAINT FROM THE HOME DEPOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have pictures I can show you of the results. My wife and I cant figure it out ourselves, but I have talked with several contractors that say the same thing, and have ran into huge problems. We tried, the coverage was terrible, and the paint peeled. Like I said, I have pictures. We used Behr. as well. No Home Depot. Here is our advise: After scraping walls,(if needed) lightly wipe off with water Go to Lowe's or Home Depot, and get some 1-2-3 wall primer. Primer the walls (White). Then Paint as usual. Dont be stingy with either. Good coverage, will result in 1 coat top coat in most cases. As far as paint, we recommend American Tradition, (LOWES) Great coverage, wide variety of colors. Thats all. You cant even tell. Any Questions: Trioval24@Yahoo.com Have Fun
