Answer: Warm the muck with a hairdryer to soften the adhesive, then peal off. Sand any residual adhesive.

Answer: A mixture of 1 part Liqud Ultra Downy to two part warm water works wonders for removal of contact paper and wall paper. Just mix it in a plastic spray bottle apply to paper in sections wait a couple of minutes and scrape off with a medium sized putty knife.
