Can You Get Sick From A Gas Leak

Question: Can it make you sick if you have a gas leak in your home and it has been going on for a couple of months? If so, what are the symptoms?

Answer: A Gas leak can kill you....Get out of the house NOW and have a professional evaluate the problem and correct it!

Answer: It can give you bad headaches and flu-like symptoms, and as the previous poster indicated, it CAN kill you. We had one last year coming from an old gas range that was no longer in use. I was pregnant and really sensitive to smell and I knew there was a leak, but no one else smelled it, so they didn't believe me. I finally got someone to shut the gas off and it cured my headaches. Thank God the baby turned out fine, and we all were ok. Do get it checked out ASAP!!!
