Question: have two new high eff. luxaire furnaces keep shutting down after short blasts of flame. could it be a gas pressure problem

Answer: FIRST: I agree with Jim NEXT: You may a dirty flame sensor (looks like small metal pipe that is in front of ignitor) Try using fine sandpaper to clean, then wipe with cloth before reinstalling.
