Heating Problems Help

Question: my electric heater comes to glow and works for a few minutes, then you hear a click and the glow goes away, within 30 -40 seconds it fires back up and repeats this cycle. I have replaced the limit switches on the heating coils, and the heat sequencers. What else could it be?
