Magic Chef Oven Model 3468Vvv Delayed Ignition

Question: My Magic Chef Oven model 3468VVV takes about 10 minutes to ignite. The glow coil seems to functioning properly by glowing bright red 30 seconds after oven is turned on. The broiler appears to be working properly and ignites in about 45 seconds. Another symptom is that when the oven cycles on and off it will shut off before it reaches the set temperature. Any thought of what it could be?
