Mice Made Nest In Flame Tube

Question: I've completely dismantled my gas furnace and found that a mouse built a nest inside one of the three flame tubes and furnace shuts down. My wuestion is how can I dissolve the nest of sunflower seeds? I've tried a sewer snake, hot water flushing, etc and got some of it out but it is still plugged---would Drano hurt the pipe? Thank You!
