Water On Floor, In Heat Cycle, Classic 90 Plus.

Question: Have 50 feet of 3/8 garden hose connected to condensate drain.Approx 20 ft. of hose is coiled on floor next to basement drain. Have flushed out 3/8 hose with hot water at high pressure and hose runs down hill from furnace to fl. drain. This is a new problem with a 3 yr. installation. Donot find water i.s. furnace base nor leaks in hose or pvc pipe connections. Could coil drain be clogged, and if so, how do you get access to coil pan & drain??
