Question: I have a jacuzzi pool filter that has an element cartridge,It takes 2 people to pull this thing off,and its still not easy,the pool place said there is a way to use the ring to get it off,they wont explain over the phone they want me to drive 40 miles to show me,can anyone help.

Answer: You can run the pump for two seconds with the ring off - that'll pop the top off easily but you might get wet...
